Working within a collaborative team, you'll assess new credit applications, conduct client reviews, monitor debtor exposures and help manage credit risk, ensuring sound commercial outcomes while building strong customer relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet with major clients and assist with establishment of new credit accounts\nAssess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval\nMonitor and coordinate credit reviews\nPrepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval\nAssist with dispute resolution and recovery actions\nProactively assist/engage the business, by reviewing over limit or expired accounts\nPrepare reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Regional Management\nAbout you\nTertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience\nDemonstrated knowledge of credit management, supported by sound commercial and business management experience\nStrong relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with sound computer literacy\nExperience within the agricultural industry or an understanding of agribusiness operations will be highly regarded\nCurrent and valid driver’s licence\nAbout Elders\n\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
