Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help drive accurate outcomes while supporting the ongoing success of our people and business.\nResponsibilities\nAssisting with preparing and processing end-to-end fortnightly payrolls\nAssisting with the preparation, administration and remittance of all statutory requirements\nEnsuring payroll practices are compliant and company policy, awards, employment agreements and legislation are applied correctly\nActioning requests and queries within agreed timelines\nMaintaining electronic employee files and records\nBuilding strong relationships\nCreating, streamlining and driving efficiencies\nAbout you\nMinimum 5 years’ experience within payroll, with a proven ability to deliver accurate and timely payroll services, with real estate experience desirable.\nStrong experience in processing large payrolls end-to-end, with the ability to demonstrate an established understanding of payroll and relevant legislation\nChris21 experience essential with technical knowledge highly desirable\nA confident communicator (via telephone, email, video conferencing) to engage effectively\nTask focussed, with the ability to prioritise under pressure and meet strict deadlines\nA strong problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach\nProficient with the Microsoft Office suite, with Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel\nPrevious experience with Workday is highly regarded.\nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
