Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career. \nResponsibilities\nAs a Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:\nBuilding and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs \nIdentifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments \nCarrying out routine property inspections \nDebtor management \nPreparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants \nWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities \nMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events \nAbout you\nTo succeed at Elders, you:\nPossess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation \nHold a current driver’s licence \nHave excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills \nHave a keen eye for detail \nArea a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills \nAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology \nAbout Elders\nElders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
