Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the real estate team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to provide a high standard of customer service and administrative support.\nResponsibilities\n\nPhysical presentation of front office including displays.\nHandling client queries and / or referring on to specialised staff as required.\nBeing first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and Staff\nResponsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries\nSupport branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, book keeping / reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required\nAbout you\n\nHave previous administration experience\nAble to thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment\nAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology\nAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community\nHave a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration\nHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients\nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
