You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.\nResponsibilities\nGrow your customer portfolio by building trusted relationships and becoming a valued partner to local rural businesses.\n\nDrive sales and uncover new opportunities by connecting customers with the right Elders products, services and solutions.\n\nMake an impact in your local community by helping customers succeed and contributing to the growth of the branch.\n\nDeliver a great customer experience from enquiry and quoting through to sales, order fulfilment and delivery.\n\nKeep the branch moving by supporting stock management, receiving, storage and safe dispatch of rural products.\n\nBe part of a hands-on team where your initiative, reliability and commercial mindset are valued.\n\nAbout You\nThrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team.\n\nPassionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.\n\nPossess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.\n\nExperience in sales and possess strong retail skills.\n\nCapable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.\n\nHold a valid driver’s license\n\nA heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.\n\nA forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.\n\nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for over 185 years.
