You don't need to have extensive agricultural experience or a long sales history - we are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in working with customers and the rural community. You will be supported by the Elders team and provided with the training, product knowledge and tools needed to develop your skills and grow your career.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.\nAssist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable products and services.\nLearn and develop knowledge of agricultural, seasonal and retail products.\nIdentify opportunities to support customers and contribute to sales growth.\nAssist with achieving team and individual sales targets and KPIs.\nProcess sales transactions and prepare quotes for customers.\nAssist with stock management, including receiving, storage, stocktake and dispatch.\nEnsure stock is handled and stored safely and in accordance with workplace safety requirements.\nWork as part of a supportive team to provide a high level of customer service.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in agricultural retail and sales.\nYou will ideally:\nHave a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills.\nEnjoy working with customers and building strong relationships, with good communication and interpersonal skills.\nBe reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.\nHave an interest in agriculture, farming, retail or sales, with a willingness to develop your product and industry knowledge.\nBe comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including assisting with stock.\nBe motivated to achieve personal and team goals.\nHave a current driver's licence.
