Your expert customer service skills & product knowledge will support the sales team in building relationships with clients. Our team members are provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the sales process, Elders supports you in learning and growing your career.\nResponsibilities\nProvide a high level of customer service & maintain existing client relationship.\nProvide administrative support to the merchandise team (intermediate computer literacy)\nIdentify growth opportunities within the business to assist in achieving branch KPI’s\nSupport clients & Merchandise team in all areas of the sales process.\nBuild & maintain strong relationships with clients, supplier and key stakeholders.\nLearning about farm plans & client recommendations\nLifting, picking and wrapping client orders (loading vehicles/unloading trucks)\nInventory management (weekly cycle counts), receivals and general orders.\nFarm deliveries as required (trailer and small truck)\nCreate promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote Elders.\nMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events\nElders will provide all product knowledge training to the right candidate.\nAbout you\n\nYou thrive in a small close-knit community\nYou enjoy working in a collaborative environment (with our team, growers & suppliers) \nYou offer an understanding of farm practices and/or rural products knowledge to support clients (or the willingness to learn)\nHave a driver’s license. \nA forklift license is preferred however we can support you to obtain one.\nIf you’re ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.\nFor more information please visit our careers page or email \nPlease note, applications may be shortlisted as they are received.\nAt Elders, we strive to create a safe environment where everyone can thrive.
