You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates, supporting recruitment from start to finish and helping deliver a seamless and positive experience.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Talent Acquisition Specialists with day-to-day recruitment coordination and administration across the end-to-end recruitment process.\nCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruitment documentation to support a smooth and positive candidate experience. \nAssist with job advertising, ensuring vacancies are accurately advertised across relevant platforms. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment information within Workday. \nSupport offers, reference checks and pre-employment requirements, ensuring recruitment documentation and records are complete and accurate. \nWork closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to progress recruitment activities efficiently and provide timely updates and support. \nFollow established recruitment processes, policies and approval requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve recruitment administration and the candidate experience.\nAbout you\nPrevious experience providing administrative or coordination support within recruitment or a similar environment.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders. \nHigh attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. \nA proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to support the team and take ownership of tasks. \nComfortable working with recruitment or HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.\nExperience using Workday or similar ATS would be an advantage, but not essential. \nAbout Elders\nAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
