Join us and be part of a team where your work makes a real impact!\nAs we scale from ~200-250 to 500+ A/B tests per year, we’re looking for a Data Scientist (Experimentation) to raise the quality and velocity of experimentation. You will run rigorous analysis on high-impact tests while building the standards, processes, and enablement so product teams can confidently evaluate simpler experiments themselves.\nIn this role, you will work as part of the central Data team, collaborating closely with other product analytics professionals as well as alongside CRO to shape and scale company-wide experimentation standards.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nOwn deep analysis of high-risk, high-impact, or ambiguous A/B tests and deliver clear recommendations.\n\nDefine, validate, and standardize metrics, guardrails, and success criteria across experiments.\n\nBuild the experimentation framework: design standards, sample size guidelines, metric rules, interpretation practices, and review criteria.\n\nEducate and coach product managers and designers so they can close simpler tests independently (target: majority of low-complexity tests without Data team involvement).\n\nEnforce standards through reviews, office hours, templates, and documentation.\n\nPartner with Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering on tracking, events, and instrumentation.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and improve experiment velocity and quality without sacrificing rigor.\n\nShape the long-term experimentation operating model with product and data leadership.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\n3+ years of experience in product analytics or data science, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-velocity product environments.\n\nStrong SQL skills - comfortable with complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations over large datasets (BigQuery preferred).\n\nHands-on experience with product analytics event tracking, tracking implementation, and event instrumentation.\n\nExperience with regression analysis and statistical modeling.\n\nSolid understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimental design, power analysis, and metrics design.\n\nAbility to design and standardize metrics, guardrails, and success criteria.\n\nStrong communicator who can teach non-technical stakeholders (product managers, designers) and enforce analytical standards.\n\nFluency in English and Lithuanian.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience scaling experimentation programs in marketplaces.\n\nTrack record of enabling self-serve analytics for product teams.\n\nOUR DATA STACK\nAirbyte for data ingestion.\n\nDagster for orchestration.\n\nGoogle BigQuery for storage and warehousing.\n\ndbt for data modeling and transformation.\n\nGrowthBook for A/B testing.\n\nLightdash for visualization, semantic layer.\n\nAmplitude for product analytics.\n\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth.\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues.\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
