Join us and be part of a team where your work makes a real impact!\nWe’re growing and looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of around five software engineers and report to a Group Engineering Manager.\nThis is a people-leadership role. Youʼll be responsible for the people management, delivery, and the quality of our Engineering. Youʼll work closely with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and other Engineering Managers to turn priorities into realistic plans and help engineers do their best work.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nLead and develop a team of engineers through regular 1on1s, feedback, goal setting, and career planning.\n\nYouʼll still stay close to the technology, spending at least 20% of your time doing hands-on tasks: reviewing development plans and pull requests, contributing code, and helping the team make sound technical decisions.\n\nBuild a culture of ownership, open communication, and accountability.\n\nPlan and manage the teamʼs work with Product, balancing roadmap delivery, reliability, technical debt, and development activities.\n\nRun the teamʼs day-to-day processes and keep priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies clear.\n\nMake sure delivery risks and delays are communicated early.\n\nMaintain high engineering standards for testing, code review, technical decisions, and production readiness.\n\nEnsure the team operates what it builds and has sustainable on-call coverage.\n\nWork with other teams to resolve dependencies and shared challenges.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nA strong software engineering background and technical credibility with experienced engineers.\n\nExperience managing engineers, or strong Tech Lead experience with clear people-leadership responsibilities.\n\nStrong coaching, feedback, and performance-management skills.\n\nGood judgment on scope, estimates, priorities, and trade-offs.\n\nExperience leading delivery while keeping risks and dependencies visible.\n\nA practical approach to improving quality, reliability, and team effectiveness.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work well across Product, UX, QA, and Engineering.\n\nA proactive, direct, and ownership-focused leadership style.\n\nFluency in Lithuanian and English.\n\nBonus points: Experience with .NET, Angular.\n\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth.\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues.\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
