This role focuses on creating on-brand visuals for marketing, HR, and product needs, from social media banners and story/reels formats to icons and product design assets.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nCreate banners and visuals for marketing, social media, and HR/employer branding needs;\n\nDesign visuals for social media posts, Stories, Reels and other social media assets in the right formats, following brand and technical guidelines;\n\nWork on product tasks such as icons and simple design assets;\n\nUse AI tools to speed up ideation, explore concepts, and produce assets efficiently;\n\nManage several requests at once and deliver on time;\n\nCollaborate with the Creative team and stakeholders, take feedback, and iterate.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nGood understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy;\n\nConfidence in creating clean 2D graphics, banners, and social media visuals;\n\nWorking knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator);\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools in your design work (tell us which ones you use and how);\n\nAbility to follow brand and technical guidelines precisely;\n\nRelevant studies, courses, or a portfolio of personal or freelance projects;\n\nCuriosity about UX/UI and product design, and motivation to grow in that direction;\n\nNice to have: After Effects or Premiere Pro for simple animations and edits (video experience is not required).\n\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth;\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues;\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
