Join us and be part of a team where your work makes a real impact!\nWe’re growing and looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. Historically, CRM has been an untapped growth channel at Eldorado.gg. Now that we’ve proven the incremental value of email marketing, we’re ready to invest further and build our CRM function from the ground up globally.\nThis is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll own our CRM strategy, tooling and performance, starting with email and expanding into other channels such as SMS and WhatsApp where relevant. You’ll initially be our dedicated CRM expert, with the opportunity to build a team as the function and its business impact grow.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nOwn CRM strategy, execution and commercial impact across our global markets\n\nBuild RFM segmentation and automated lifecycle programs for our 10M+ registered user base, continuously experimenting to improve performance;\n\nDevelop a measurement framework that proves incremental business value beyond open and click rates;\n\nOwn deliverability, list health and compliance with GDPR and other relevant local privacy regulations;\n\nManage CRM vendor relationships, including tool selection, contract negotiations and exploring new solutions, including AI-powered tools, to improve ROI;\n\nBuild a channel mix tailored to each market, expanding beyond email into channels such as SMS and WhatsApp where they can drive greater impact;\n\nCollaborate closely with the wider Marketing team, including Creative, Brand, SEO and PPC, as well as Product, Data and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nProven experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing within a rapidly growing DTC, marketplace, e-commerce, gaming or other high-volume digital business;\n\nHands-on experience with modern lifecycle or CRM platforms, including building and managing flows yourself rather than handing them off;\n\nStrong command of segmentation, automation, A/B testing and lifecycle measurement, with a clear approach to proving incremental business impact;\n\nStrong understanding of retention and LTV metrics, discount economics and related business trade-offs;\n\nSolid knowledge of deliverability, list health and data compliance, including GDPR and equivalent privacy regulations;\n\nStrong written communication and creative judgement - you understand email best practices and can effectively brief and collaborate with an in-house creative team;\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve and decisions are made quickly;\n\nFluency in Lithuanian and English.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience building or scaling a CRM function, lifecycle program or retention strategy from an early stage;\n\nExperience working across multiple languages and adapting CRM channels or strategies to different customer behaviours;\n\nExperience in people management.\n\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth;\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues;\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
