This role focuses on creating high-converting visuals for paid campaigns across social, display and app store channels, turning data and test results into creative that drives user acquisition and growth.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nWork with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to turn campaign goals and live performance data into ads that actually convert.\n\nDesign ad creatives for paid channels: Meta, Google Display and other.\n\nAnalyze creative-level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to decide what to test next.\n\nRun your own test loops end to end - hypothesis → variant → test → learn - and move fast.\n\nQuickly adapt winning creatives into new versions, markets, messages or product variations.\n\nContribute to a shared creative learning library - what works, what doesn't, and why.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nStrong static ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.\n\n2-4 years of experience as a Performance Creative Designer.\n\nConfident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent).\n\nStrong ability to execute creative briefs accurately while adapting to feedback and changing priorities.\n\nComfortable understanding paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into your next creative move.\n\nAble to ship a high volume of variants without letting quality slip.\n\nGood understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.\n\nBonus points if you're into gaming and know what grabs a player's attention.\n\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth;\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues;\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
