Join us and be part of a team where your work makes a real impact!\nWe're growing and looking for a Product Designer to join our Payments team and own the end-to-end checkout experience. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Manager to create seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy purchase flows, using data and experimentation to improve conversion. If you're passionate about great design and measurable impact, this role is for you.\nPOSITION BREAKDOWN\nLead the end-to-end design of checkout, guest checkout, and the shopping cart, from discovery to high-fidelity design and post-launch iteration;\n\nDesign clear, intuitive, and trustworthy purchase flows for both buyers and sellers, balancing conversion with payment success and safety;\n\nMap and visualize user journeys to align the team around the customer experience;\n\nDrive conversion rate optimization by identifying friction and drop-off points in the funnel, forming hypotheses, and designing solutions that measurably improve conversion;\n\nPlan and run A/B tests with stakeholders and data analysts: define success metrics, design variants, interpret results, and turn learnings into the next iteration;\n\nCombine qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, session replays) with quantitative data to shape product direction and make user-centered decisions;\n\nGive and receive thoughtful feedback to help raise the quality bar across the design team.\n\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nExperience designing digital products, ideally in fast-paced B2C or marketplace environments;\n\nProven ability to own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery;\n\nStrong UI and interaction design skills, supported by a user-focused, data-informed portfolio;\n\nExperience designing complex, multi-step flows, such as checkout, payment, or order management, is a strong plus;\n\nProficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems;\n\nExperience applying user-centered design principles and conducting research independently;\n\nStrong ownership mentality with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify design opportunities independently;\n\nClear and confident communication skills when presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders;\n\nFluency in both English and Lithuanian;\n\nHands-on experience with A/B testing is considered a strong plus.\n\n*Please make sure to include a link to your portfolio in your CV or attach it to the application form - we’d love to see your work!\nPERKS & BENEFITS\nGrowth opportunities: Access to an internal library, latest tools and technologies, professional conferences, and mentorship to level up your skills, opportunities for internal career growth;\n\nHealth & wellbeing: Private health insurance after the probation period, additional sick days (no doctor’s note needed), and the option to join free volleyball games at Delfi Arena with colleagues;\n\nOffice perks: Free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, Friday bun breakfasts, and a gaming room (table football, driving simulator, PS5, Xbox One);
