Then look beyond what you thought were your own limits, and help us take flight beyond runways.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and develop a team of technicians at multiple facilities.\nOversee the build and operation of test labs, support equipment, and hangars.\nManage the maintenance, inspection, and readiness of company aircraft supporting corporate, development, and flight test operations.\nCoordinate aircraft modifications, test installations, and facility improvements to support program objectives.\nEstablish maintenance schedules, work priorities, and resource plans to ensure high availability.\nPartner with product development to support test and certification activities.\nPromote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.\nWhat You Bring\nFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.\nInspection Authorization (IA) preferred.\n10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.\n3+ years of leadership experience in aviation maintenance, flight test, or technical operations.\nExperience managing aircraft maintenance programs.\nStrong knowledge of FAA regulations, airworthiness requirements, and maintenance recordkeeping.\nExperience supporting experimental, certification, military, or commercial aircraft operations preferred.\nProven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain high levels of operational readiness.\nThis range reflects the anticipated hiring range across all eligible locations; actual compensation is determined based on your relevant experience, skills, and geographic location.
