Then look beyond what you thought were your own limits, and help us take flight beyond runways.\nThe Role\nElectra is standing up for a new production facility in Ohio, and you'll be the person who builds it - from the first shovel in the ground through full site build-out. As Senior Manager, Infrastructure, you'll partner with manufacturing and operations leadership to turn operational requirements into a clear scope of work, own the RFP process, and manage every design, construction, and civil engineering relationship needed to deliver the site.\nThis covers far more than the production lines themselves: utilities and mechanical systems, the paint booth, parking, and common/people areas all fall under Infrastructure. You'll effectively serve as project manager for the entire facility, and you'll stay engaged well past the first phase - supporting each subsequent construction phase and module as Electra ramps production.\nYou'll also play a role in standing up Electra's Ohio MRO presence, including overseeing build-out or lease adaptation as that network takes shape.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with manufacturing and operations leadership to translate operational requirements into clear scope of work for the Ohio facility build\nOwn statement-of-work and RFP development for construction, design, and civil engineering partners\nEngage with local stakeholders to strengthen collaboration during the execution phases, including alignment with Airport Operations rules and requirements, and improvements in the Facility surroundings (e.g. road, taxiway)\nServe as day-to-day project manager for the full site build - production lines, utilities and mechanical systems, the paint booth, parking, and common/people areas\nManage relationships and drive performance of construction, design, and civil engineering firms throughout the building\nSupport the site through each subsequent construction phase and module as Electra ramps production\nRepresent Infrastructure in planning and stand-up of Electra's Ohio MRO presence, including any leased-facility build-out or adaptation\nProvide regular schedule, scope, and budget updates to leadership\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field\n12+ years of relevant experience\nProven track record managing large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects end-to-end, including RFP development\nExperience managing multiple design, construction, and civil engineering partners at once\nExperience with phased builds or production ramps, ideally in a manufacturing environment\nStrong project management skills and comfort owning ambiguity across concurrent workstreams\nAerospace or aviation industry background is a plus, not a requirement\nBonus Points\nExperience standing up greenfield manufacturing facilities\nFamiliarity with MRO facility requirements or aviation maintenance operations\nExperience managing both owned and leased industrial space\nThis range reflects the anticipated hiring range across all eligible locations; actual compensation is determined based on your relevant experience, skills, and geographic location.
