Define and implement AI strategy initiatives for the Insights product team, including evaluation and adoption of AI-driven product capabilities, automation workflows, and reporting solutions. Lead development and enhancement of GIS-based transmission planning, hosting capacity, curtailment, and energy market analysis tools used by enterprise customers. Work with power system engineers, software development engineers, and data engineers to develop product features, improve internal data pipelines, and enhance platform scalability, performance, and data quality. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to improve platform usability, reporting capabilities, operational workflows, and overall customer experience. Track and analyze product, operational, and customer usage metrics and prepare reports and insights for leadership and management decision-making. Coordinate crossfunctional\nproduct release management activities, including testing, validation, stakeholder communication, go-to-market alignment, and production rollout planning in collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.\nRequirements: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or closely related technical role.
