The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software quality assurance, test automation best practices, and modern CI/CD processes. You will have opportunities to work with the latest technologies and contribute to a growing portfolio of products that are helping shape the future of power systems.\nHow you can make an impact:\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python). \nBuild and extend modular, reusable automation frameworks. \nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). \nPerform functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing using automation and manual testing \nCollaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and define clear test plans. \nIdentify, document, and track defects; verify fixes and ensure test coverage. \nAnalyze automation test results and provide meaningful insights to engineering teams. \nContinuously enhance automation processes, tools, and best practices. \nMentor QA team members on Playwright usage and automation techniques. \nContribute to overall QA strategy and maintain high engineering quality standards. \nQualifications\nBring your passion, here's what’s needed:\n3-5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering. \nStrong, proven experience writing automated tests with Playwright. \nSolid proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for Playwright. \nExperience with modern QA methodologies, test design, and test management tools. \nHands-on experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests. \nExperience with REST API testing and tools such as Postman, Playwright API, or similar. \nFamiliarity with version control systems (Git). \nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. \nA passion for the energy sector and a desire to make a meaningful impact through technology. \nDesired Skills:\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architectures. \nFamiliarity with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes. \nKnowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for front-end development. \nFamiliarity with Energy Industry and power systems software \nWhy Join EPE?\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions for the power industry. \nCollaborate with a team of experts in software engineering, renewable energy, and grid technologies. \nFlexible remote work environment with opportunities for professional growth and innovation. \nBe a part of an innovative team shaping the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence.
