E-Bricks are a novel type of heater element which power our Joule Hive ™ thermal battery, and your role is to assist with productions scale up. You will report to the Senior Process Engineer and work on a manufacturing team of engineers and technicians.\nFull-time on-site work is expected.\nWhat You’ll Do at Electrified Thermal\nMix, pour, vibrate, cure, fire, QC, and package refractory E-brick heater elements.\n\nPrepare Quality Assurance/Control samples with each batch.\n\nDocument process parameters as directed by process and manufacturing engineers.\n\nAssist with equipment maintenance, improvements, and repair.\n\nPrepare refractory samples for testing, including cutting, drilling, and grinding.\n\nOrganize and catalog samples, tools, and equipment.\n\nWork with engineering staff to revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes and lab equipment\n\nTravel: No travel is anticipated for this role.\nWhat You’ll Bring to Electrified Thermal:\nAn enthusiastic approach and resilience in the face of challenging technical problems\n\nExperience with hands-on work in a professional or educational setting, such as lab work, production, or construction.\n\nAttention to detail and strong communication skills\n\nDemonstrated commitment to adhering to workplace safety procedures and contributing to safety culture\n\nAbility to independently execute on complex tasks with a high degree of reliability\n\nComfort working with your hands;
