are seeking a competent and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliable and secure technology support across all business divisions.\n\nRole Profile\n\nManage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, computers, printers, and communication systems.\n\n« Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to employees across all departments and business divisions.\n\nAdministrate operations generic software, servers, workstations, network devices,\nWi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and related IT infrastructure.\n\nManage email systems, user accounts, access permissions, and collaboration platforms.\n\nImplement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus/endpoint protection, backup systems, and access controls.\n\nPerform regular data backup, recovery testing, system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.\n\nManage IT assets, software licenses, hardware inventory, and technology procurement requirements.\n\nAssist in implementing and integrating new IT systems, cloud solutions, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nMaintain proper IT documentation, network diagrams, system configurations, procedures, and asset records.\n\n«Ensure IT systems supporting MEP projects, panel , automation, energy solutions, product sales, and field operations remain reliable and accessible.\n\nEnsure compliance with company IT policies and applicable cybersecurity best practices.\n\nPersonal Profile\n\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science,\nNetworking, or a related field.\n\n« 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT administration, preferably in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site organization.\n\nStrong knowledge of network administration, Windows environments, , cybersecurity, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure.\n\nExperience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.\n\nKnowledge of ERP systems and integration with business operations will be an advantage.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n« Ability to work independently while providing effective support to users at different organizational levels.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
