audio-visual meeting room support services, including system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of video conferencing, meeting room technology, event support, and control systems.\nDiagnose faults safely and accurately, performing first-line repairs, testing, and operation of AV, VC, display, and presentation technologies.\nEnsure meeting room AV systems run efficiently, with minimal downtime and maximum performance.\nRespond promptly, courteously, and professionally to all customer requests, including last-minute needs, in line with service levels and contractual agreements.\nMaintain high standards of tidiness, cable management, safety, and readiness across service areas and meeting spaces.\nTroubleshoot AV, VC, AC, and TP systems quickly and effectively, escalating to the appropriate personnel when necessary.\nSupport high-profile meetings and events with reliable technical expertise.\nTrack and update accurate records of client hardware inventory.\nShare knowledge, guidance, and training with colleagues when required.\nKeep company and customer documentation accurate and up to date.\nDeliver all work to company quality standards and best practices.\nWork in compliance with the Company’s safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.\nOther duties as required or assigned by company or client management.\nWhat you will bring to the role\nCTS qualified, or willingness to work towards certification.\nSolid knowledge of communications, networking, and audio-visual systems, including their components.\nExperience in testing, fault finding, servicing, and maintaining electronic AV systems or related technologies.\nFamiliarity with touchscreen and web-based technologies.\nHands-on experience with IP- and telephony-based video conferencing systems.\nStrong track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, front-of-house environment.\nHighly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks throughout the day.\nProven ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.\nHigh level of computer literacy.\nLateral problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative, practical solutions to meet deadlines or specific requirements.\nEffective team player with strong collaboration skills.\nCapable of working independently and taking accountability for outcomes.\nStrong focus on quality and attention to detail.\nProfessional approach when representing the company on client sites.\nExcellent verbal and
