We believe that governance should accelerate progress, not create bureaucracy.\nAs an intern, you will help shape and implement the next generation of governance processes using AI, automation, analytics, and digital workflow tools. You will work closely with senior transformation leaders and contribute to real global initiatives from day one. This is not a role for someone who wants to observe from the sidelines. We are looking for a builder, a problem-solver, and a self-starter who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions.\nWhat you’ll work on:\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate governance processes, workflows, and controls.\nSupport the development of the AI Demand & Investment Concierge vision, helping embed governance into day-to-day work.\nAnalyze current demand management, portfolio management, investment planning, and governance processes and recommend improvements.\nBuild prototypes, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and ServiceNow.\nHelp create automated validations, process guidance, and readiness checks that reduce manual effort and improve compliance.\nSupport governance forums with insights, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.\nPartner with business, regional, and technology stakeholders to understand pain points and remove friction from processes.\nDocument processes, standards, and best practices to improve transparency and scalability.\nContribute to AI governance, demand management, workforce transformation, and operating model initiatives.\nWhat you’ll learn:\nHow AI and digital governance support business decision-making and transformation.\nThe fundamentals of enterprise transformation and organizational change.\nHow modern IT operating models enable business strategy and execution.\nThe principles of demand and portfolio management in a global organization.\nHow process automation can improve efficiency and user experience.\nHow to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.\nPractical change management approaches to drive adoption and impact.\nContinuous improvement methodologies and ways of working.\nHow AI-enabled solutions can help shape the future of business operations.\nWe offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for Electrolux Group.\nWho you are:\nWe are looking for someone with a profile similar to the way our team operates:\nActive Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Business & Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Digital Transformation or related field.\nYou must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date from late 2027 or later.\nExperience is not required for our internships, but any exposure to Copilot, Power BI, Service Now, Data Analytics, Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous improvement) is a plus.\nCurious, proactive, and eager to learn.\nComfortable taking ownership and working independently.\nInterested in AI, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.\nA hands-on problem solver who enjoys turning ideas into action.\nConfident communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders.\nAble to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing environment.\nAnalytical, collaborative, and motivated to challenge existing ways of working to drive better results.\nPlease note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships.
