The Autonomous Maintenance Leader focuses on strategic continuous improvements, develop processes and implement audits to improve quality, scrap and equipment performance (OEE).\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and oversee the Process Technicians/Autonomous Maintenance Team for assembly operations, ensuring performance, accountability, and continuous development.\nStandardize the autonomous maintenance program by implementing processes, preventive maintenance (PM) routines, tools, and training for Process Technicians.\nLead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\nDevelop and deliver technical and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) training programs, including skill-development curricula aligned with the Electrolux Learning Center of Excellence. \nManage workforce planning, including labor mapping, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of Process Technicians in partnership with Manufacturing Managers.\nEstablish and maintain the tools, supplies, documentation, and web-based resources (POKA) required for Process Technicians to perform their responsibilities effectively.\nDrive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Tooling, Quality, and Operations), supporting environmental initiatives, improving OEE, reducing scrap, and delivering cost savings.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.\nStrong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, project management practices, and root cause analysis.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, performance KPI's and production data to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, Time & Attendance, POKA, and APRISO; automation experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.\nWhere you’ll be:\nThis position will be based in Springfield, TN.\nBenefits highlights:\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance.\nCompetitive holiday and vacation time off program.\nRetirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.\nDiscounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service.\nPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.\nFind more on:\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/\nElectrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\nAs part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
