And that healthy homes are places we thrive in.\nCategory Manager supports product category management and identify gaps and highlight opportunities to maximize product range and category sales. He or she contributes to effective launch execution and consistent ranging.\nA Typical\nExecute Category strategy and define roadmap, develop categories and product range.\nEnsure a sustainable portfolio ranging with profitable growth plan.\nWork closely with sales, marketing, marketing communication, finance, supply chain and logistics, and regional portfolio teams\nCategory financial forecast and budgeting\nIdentify local market opportunities based on consumer/market insights and sales trends for future product development opportunities.\nProvide inputs to Regional Product Team, to develop the product roadmap - Strong validation of business case based on market analysis and competitive analysis.\nUnderstand channel needs working closely with sales, to develop the channel offering and store promotion together with sales.\nEnsuring Product Compliances & Certification as per government defined norms\nDemonstrate teamship to support cross collaboration and the overall business.\nWho You Are\nBachelor of Engineering and Masters in Business Administration would be added advantage.\n7-8 years’ Experience in product management, R&D, compliances and certifications preferably in Consumer durables or Automobiles.\nExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions\nCore Competencies\nBoth reactive and proactive\nAbility to interpret complex data\nEffective Communicator\nOperational and Strategic Leadership\nResults Driver\nCustomer Oriented\nWhere you will be :-\nYou will be reporting to Head of Product Line, India and will be based in Mumbai, India\nBenefit highlights:\nDiscounts on Electrolux products and services.\nMedical Coverage\nShape your Wellbeing activities\nAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
