You will learn from experienced professionals, work with international systems, and develop skills that are highly valued in today's job market.\nAs a Collection Intern, you work alongside experienced Collection Specialists and gain hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, customer account management, and collection activities in an international business environment.\nOur internship is 3 months long, part-time (20 hours per week), and offers a salary of 30 PLN gross per hour.\nWhat you will do\nAs a Collection Intern, you will support the team in managing customer accounts and selected parts of the collection process. From day one, you will have the opportunity to learn how global finance operations work while contributing to daily business activities.\nIn detail, you will:\nSupport Collection Specialists with day-to-day operational tasks \nWork with customer portals and upload required documents to client systems \nUpdate and maintain customer data in internal systems \nAttach proof of delivery and other supporting documentation \nMonitor customer accounts and assist with overdue account follow-up \nContact customers regarding outstanding invoices and support the collection process \nAssist with payment investigation, account maintenance, and transaction clearingactivities \nParticipate in resolving payment discrepancies and unidentified payments \nMaintain accurate customer records and collection notes \nSupport reportingand other administrative activities within the team \nGradually take on more independent and complex responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow \nQualifications & Requirements\nUniversity degree in progress or recently completed, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field \nVery good command of English\nKnowledge of French will be considered a strong asset \nGood MS Office skills, especially Excel \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy \nProactive attitude and willingness to learn \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment \nAvailability to work 20 hours per week \nWho you are\nAnalytical - you enjoy understanding the root causes behind issues \nDetail-oriented - you believe that small details make a big difference \nProactive - you look beyond assigned tasks and think ahead \nCommunicative - you build positive relationships and enjoy working with others \nCurious and eager to learn - you are motivated to develop your professional skills in an international environment \nWhere you will be\nYou will be based in our modern office in Kraków, working in a hybrid model with approximately80% office presence.\nOur Global Shared Service Center provides services for Electrolux Group companies worldwide.
