In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.\nJoin us in our exciting quest to build the future home!\nCommercial Business Controller\nWe’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Commercial Business Controller to partner with our Head of Commercial Czechia and Slovakia to drive short and long-term financial objectives across the region.\nIn this role, you won’t just report on performance - you’ll shape strategy, influence decisions, and make a measurable impact on the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine financial expertise with business insight to ensure smart investments, strong margins, and sustainable growth.\nMain duties include:\nConducting margin and volume analysis, consolidating and analysing results for management.\nAnalysing financial performance and proposing and implementing actions to support business strategy.\nEnsuring financial control and compliance with company standards.\nImproving payback analysis from a financial perspective to support business decision-making.\nEnsuring the effective management of working capital.\nAnalysing business operations, contractual commitments, and projects from a financial perspective.\nPreparing budgets in collaboration with the local team and central management, and monitoring actual results against budgeted targets.\nEvaluating credit limits to ensure appropriate authorization at both local and central levels in accordance with the company's credit policy.\nManaging reporting activities in line with company requirements and ensuring compliance of business processes with statutory and tax regulations.\nAnalysing reports to identify key variances compared to the previous year and budget plans, and ensuring effective business reporting to support follow-up actions.\nLeading, mentoring, and coaching a small team of finance professionals.\nOverseeing holding company functions, including statutory financial reporting, audits, group reporting, tax filings, tax-related projects, legal structure management, cash pool management, compliance, company secretariat activities, and coordination of corporate policies.\nServing as the key representative of the local controlling community.\nRequirements:\nMaster’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent\nMin. 5 years of experience in controlling in international environment or equivalent\nAccounting and reporting background is highly preferable\nAudit background is an asset\nSolid understanding of financial processes, P&L, balance sheet and local accounting (GAAP) as well as IFRS\nAdvanced level of excel knowledge is required, quick & well adaptable to new software is expected\nKnowledge and experience working with SAP\nSolid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes\nExcellent understanding of local tax and legal regulations\nStrong leadership capabilities incl. people leadership skills & experience\nBusiness and commercial minded and operative approach\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nFluent in English & Czech\nWho you are:\nStrategic thinker who turns data into meaningful business insights\nConfident and bold business partner who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders\nResults-driven, with a strong focus on value creation\nAgile and proactive, able to manage complexity and priorities\nCollaborative leader who builds trust and alignment\nContinuous improver, always looking for better, smarter ways of working\nIf you’re looking for a role where finance meets strategy, and where your insights truly shape the business - we’d love to hear from you.\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
