It's our R&D teams that ensure our company stays at the forefront of innovation, investigating and making use of the latest technology in order to enable our company to keep delivering outstanding experiences.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWe are looking for a Control Algorithms Engineer to join our R&D Product Line Dish organization. In this role, you will enhance product functionality through advanced control algorithms and AI-driven solutions, while developing and refining system models that serve as the foundation for simulations, virtual labs, and automated software testing.\nIn detail, you will:\n- Translate project or product requirements into control algorithm specifications.\n- Design and develop modular control algorithms using the Model-Based Design (MBD) framework.\n- Automatically generate production-ready source code (ACG) for firmware integration.\n- Validate algorithms through both simulations and physical (in-appliance) tests.\n- Evaluate algorithm performance against targets and ensure robustness and reliability.\n- Produce and maintain technical documentation (e.g., Algorithm Specifications, Calibration and Test Manuals).\n- Develop and maintain system models (digital twins) for Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) applications using the MBD framework.\n- Calibrate model parameters, assess simulation performance and generate comprehensive model documentation.\n- Develop MATLAB and/or Python tools for data analysis from real and virtual testing environments.\n- Act as a technical reference for assigned activities, supporting development, testing, and implementation phases.\n- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve project objectives.\nAs part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will also be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).\nWho you are:\nMaster’s degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Automation Engineering,\n\nPhysics, Mathematics, or similar technical fields\n\nGood knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink\n\nGood programming skills\n\nGood knowledge of signal processing and statistics\n\nGood understanding of dynamic systems and modelling\n\nExperience in data analysis and basic understanding of Machine Learning techniques\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken\n\nWhere you’ll be:\nYou will be based at the Zarow Factory Plant, located in Poland. It will be necessary to be available for international travel two to four times a year.
