Working closely with customs brokers, authorities, and internal stakeholders, you will help manage customs processes, documentation, and trade compliance requirements.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPrepare and coordinate import and export customs declarations across the EU.\nEnsure customs documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.\nClassify goods correctly and determine product origin in line with customs requirements.\nAct as the key point of contact for customs brokers, logistics providers, and customs authorities.\nReview invoices and supporting documentation to verify quantities, values, pricing, and customs-related information.\nCoordinate customs clearance activities and resolve customs-related issues to ensure the smooth movement of goods.\nMonitor changes in customs regulations, trade requirements, and legislative developments, assessing their impact on the business.\nEnsure compliance with sanctions, embargoes, and trade restrictions, including monitoring restricted goods and countries.\nSupport the business in minimizing customs risks, avoiding delays, and maintaining compliant cross-border operations.\nOther tasks:\nProvide and update shipping instructions for sea shipments.\nCollect and verify commercial and transport documentation.\nMonitor and track sea shipments from origin to destination.\nMonitor ETA at Port of Loading (POL) and Port of Discharge (POD).\nCoordinate import customs clearance activities with Customs Teams and customs brokers.\nManage container unloading slot bookings at RDCs, hubs, and customer locations through OTM.\nCoordinate destination haulage activities.\nMonitor free time and identify potential demurrage or detention risks.\nReview, validate, and approve extra costs related to sea shipments.\nParticipate in regular performance review meetings with key ocean carriers.\nSupport carrier cost reviews, disputes, and resolution of freight-related issues.\nWho you are:\n2-3 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Import/Export Operations, or a related field.\nGood understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures\nExperience working with customs declarations, invoices, and trade-related documentation\nStrong attention to detail\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nExperience with MIC Customs Solutions is a strong advantage.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and resolve customs-related issues in a timely manner.\nFlexible, proactive, and supportive approach, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.\nWhere you’ll be:\nYou will be based in our administrative office located in Porcia.\nWe offer a hybrid working model, with team members spending 80% of their time in the office and 20% working remotely.\nBenefits include:\nDiscounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services;\nFamily-friendly benefits such as extended paternity leave (4 weeks);\nInsurance policy plan;\nExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.\nOpportunities for professional growth in a global organization\nAn inclusive, collaborative, and international work environment\nHybrid working model (80% office, 20% remote)\nAt Electrolux Group, we believe in fairness and inclusion.
