In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.\nWhere you’ll be:\nThis position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Demand Planner, you will develop and maintain demand forecasts that drive inventory, supply chain, and business planning decisions. Using historical data, customer insights, statistical modeling, and market trends, you will create accurate demand plans that support customer service objectives while optimizing inventory levels and inventory turns. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support the monthly S&OP process. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and process optimization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain a 24-month rolling demand forecast at the SKU and location level for assigned sales channels.\nUtilize demand planning systems, historical data, statistical models, and market insights to create accurate demand forecasts.\nAnalyze forecast performance, identify root causes of forecast variance, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.\nMonitor and manage forecast exceptions, demand shifts, product lifecycle changes, promotions, and market-driven risks.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs and align forecast assumptions.\nLead demand review activities and support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to achieve consensus forecasts.\nEvaluate promotional activities, events, and new initiatives through scenario planning and impact analysis.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate forecast accuracy, demand planning metrics, and key performance indicators while driving continuous process improvements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\n3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, or a related supply chain function.\nExperience utilizing forecasting methodologies, demand planning systems, and data analysis to support business decisions.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.\nKnowledge of cross-functional planning processes, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and S&OP environments.\nBenefits include:\nFlexible work hours/hybrid work environment\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance\nCompetitive holiday and vacation time off program\nRetirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.\nDiscounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service\nPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.\nFind more on:\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/ Electrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\nElectrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
