If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.\nYou will be located in Springfield, TN\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSet up various jobs throughout the Fabrication Department requiring startup of equipment from complete shutdown to ready and run mode.\nRecognize routine problems related to daily operation of presses and dies.\nPerform quality audit functions on both manually and automatically run parts.\nTroubleshoot and solve minor die problems.\nUnderstand and follow SMED procedures to meet goals.\nBe aware of the impacts on the overall energy performance of the facility according to the company's energy policy.\nQualifications and Basic Skills:\nMust have previous Electrolux Fabrication experience as a Fab Tech 2 or 2 years outside die setting experience.\nMust pass Die Setter evaluation in 60 days.\nElectrolux license to operate a lift truck required.\nAble to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.\nAble to read and write in English.\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement: Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
