The role involves cooperation with the R&A team and regular support for relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service support and the availability ofaccuratesparepartsinformation throughout the product lifecycle.\nThis position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.\nIn detail, you will:\nMonitor changes in production and product development for a range of household appliances and ensure related documentationremainsaccurateand up to date.\n\nPrepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.\n\nCreate andmaintainentries insparesdatabases, define spare parts,and update electrical diagrams.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product and production changes.\n\nSupport the Spares Planning team inoptimizingspare parts availability and supply processes.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.\n\nWhoyou are:\nYou can correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.\n\nYou have basic knowledge ofgraphics editing software.\n\nYoupossessa basic understanding of household appliances and how theyoperate.\n\nYou are well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.\n\nYou are proactive, reliable, and pay close attention to detail.\n\nYou are customer-focused and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work.\n\nYou adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.\n\nYou enjoy working as part of a team and building positive working relationships.\n\nYou have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.\n\nKnowledge of databases,SQL, orPower BIwould be an advantage.\n\nWhereyou'llbe: You will be based in a modern office in Krakow.
