We already have a solid, modern Engineering foundation and want to continuously improve in a dynamic, iterative manner.\nThis is both a creative and a detail-oriented role in a very multicultural environment. We strive to develop, build, deploy and run intelligently\nWhat you’ll do:\nDeeply understand SRE principles and practices with real world implementation experience.\n\nLead teams through complex projects, mentor engineers, and stay ahead of the latest industry trends and technologies. Enjoy working in a team, be open minded, confident but humble.\n\nHave proven experience navigating through a stack from the perspective of SRE including: - Observability frameworks and platforms such as Datadog, Azure monitor and CNCF projects. - Enterprise SaaS and PaaS systems in the eCommerce, Finance and Logistics arenas. - Performance and Load testing tools such as Blazemeter (this is more about strategic oversight than technical work).\n\nEnjoy dividing their time between engineering work, strategic work and collaborative work.\n\nWant their ideas to come to life, which includes being comfortable making hard decisions, articulating them and having the drive to see them through to completion in a team setting.\n\nWork closely with developers and cross functional teams to choose the appropriate design solutions.\n\nEnsure that the technical components of the project are in sync with the business needs of the organization.\n\nDefine SLOs and SLIs, oversee Error Budgets, with an eye on continuous improvement.\n\nMandate everything-as-code (no point and click).\n\nBut…the most important thing is that you have the potential to become a thought leader and are genuinely passionate about engineering.\nWho are you:\nExpert in various Cloud Native patterns and methodologies, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.\n\nComputer Science/Software Engineering related degree.\n\n10+ years of work experience working with Production, scalable distributed system landscapes.\n\nExtensive experience with Cloud Computing (Azure preferrable).\n\nFluent English, written and spoken.\n\nDesirable qualifications and experience:\nExperience with SAP systems.\n\nStrong understanding of Datadog RUM.\n\nWhere you'll be:\nThis is a full-time position, based
