This includes end-to-end ownership of Leadership Academy, Engagement Survey and Activities, Training portfolio, Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion Agenda, and the underlying technology and data infrastructure that supports these agendas.\nAs a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the team in coordinating key Leaning & Development activities and assisting with ongoing transformation projects across 2027 that are be embedded directly in the CoE team, supporting the delivery of several high-priority transformation projects running through the first half of 2027.\nThis is a hands-on role: you will work alongside senior specialists and process owners, help track progress across concurrent workstreams, prepare materials for governance forums, and support the operational coordination that keeps complex, multi-stakeholder projects on track. You will have meaningful responsibilities and will contribute actively from day one, with support from experienced team members. This is not a passive observer role. You will be trusted with real responsibilities and expected to contribute actively from day one.\nWhat you’ll work on:\nYour work and support will be anchored in the Global L&D team and its active project portfolio for 2027. Key workstreams you will contribute include:\nLeadership Behaviors & Values Integration\nSupport the development and deployment of Leadership Behaviours learning initiatives across the organization. \nAssist with the review and alignment of mandatory learning programs connected to Values & Leadership Behaviors. \nSupport learning portfolio reviews, content updates and rationalization activities. \nHelp coordinate activities related leadership development initiatives. \nAssist with the administration and tracking of coaching, feedback and assessment programs. \nPrepare materials, communications and status updates for governance and stakeholder meetings. \nHelp track learning participation, completion metrics and behavioral adoption indicators. \nGlobal Onboarding & Culture Development\nSupport the implementation of the Global Corporate Onboarding Program. \nAssist with onboarding content reviews, digital learning experience updates and learning journey improvements. \nCoordinate onboarding communications and learning materials. \nHelp gather onboarding feedback and participation metrics. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to onboarding and employee integration experiences. \nLearning Data, Insights & Governance\nSupport the collection, consolidation and analysis of learning data. \nAssist with dashboard maintenance and reporting activities. \nHelp prepare insights and learning metrics for management reviews and governance forums. \nSupport governance processes for learning systems, mandatory training and development programs. \nAssist with documentation, process updates and reporting standards. \nMaintain trackers and repositories supporting learning analytics activities. \nLearning Policies, Standards & Vendor Governance\nSupport reviews and updates of learning policies, procedures and governance documents. \nAssist with maintaining learning standards, playbooks and documentation libraries. \nHelp coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals and communication activities. \nSupport learning vendor governance processes and documentation management. \nPrepare reports and presentations supporting policy and governance discussions. \nTrack governance actions, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. \nWe offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. You are likely studying something at the intersection of HR, business, and/or organizational behaviour.\nActive student enrolled in an ongoing Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or 2028\nComfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously - you track things, follow up without being asked, and nothing falls through the cracks\nConfident working with data at a practical level: you can work with spreadsheets, synthesize information, and turn inputs into a clear summary or status update\nA clear and concise communicator, both in writing and in conversation - you know how to adapt your message depending on who is in the room\nCurious and self-directed: you ask good questions, seek to understand context, and don't wait to be told what to do next\nComfortable with ambiguity - this team is building new ways of working while delivering live projects, and you need to be energized by that rather than unsettled\nA collaborative team player who earns trust quickly and takes feedback well\nPlease note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships.
