In this role, you will drive key financial operations within Logistics, including the analysis of results and variances, as well as the preparation of forecasts. Join Electrolux in shaping living for the better - and we’ll support you in building a rewarding and successful career path.\nYou will report to the CA East Logistics Controller.\nWhat You'll Do:\nResponsible for delivering timely & accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to support decision-making and performance management planning,\nIn charge of the reporting & analysis of the monthly results, explain variances actual vs budget/forecast/previous years.\nPartners with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence decisions\nPartners with and provides recommendations to plants/sales and management on overall site efficiency improvements\nActively support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting\nEnsure adherence to and promote Group policies across the organization\nWho you are:\nUniversity degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance\nAround 4-5 years of experience with controlling/financial background\nExcellent knowledge of MS tools: Excel, Power BI and SAP\nAbility to work independently and effectively under time pressure\nAnalytical and proactive mindset, self-driven\nAbility to translate financial and operational data into business insights\nVery good communication at any level of organization\nExperience with automation, digital tools, or AI in finance is an advantage\nKnowledge of logistics will be considered an advantage\nWhere you will be\nThis role will be based in our administrative office located in Oława OR Wrocław.\nBenefits include:\nHybrid working model (80% office, 20% remote)\nPrivate medical care and life insurance\nMultisport card and wellbeing support programs\nEmployee discounts on Electrolux products\nBenefits platform with flexible perks\nOpportunities for professional growth in a global organization\nAn inclusive, collaborative, and international work environment\nAs part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
