In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. \nJoin us in our exciting quest to build a future home!\n\nAbout the role:\nPlans, coordinates, and directs maintenance activities within the assigned section; implements efficient maintenance practices and initiates improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall section performance.\nIn detail, you will:\nInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment and systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA platforms, and robotics.\nCooperate in minimizing downtime and support the implementation of 5S, SMED, and TPM programs.\nImplement and supervise production standards in compliance with the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS).\nParticipate with the Maintenance Leader and Maintenance Manager in developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans and programs for all factory equipment, and supervise their execution.\nPlan, execute, and follow up on preventive and autonomous maintenance plans for equipment.\nIdentify, diagnose, and resolve manufacturing and maintenance issues within established deadlines.\nAnalyze recurring failures, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and supervise their implementation to reduce recurrence.\nCoordinate with the Maintenance Leader to define technical specifications for mechanical and electrical spare parts and recommend suitable alternatives when needed.\nMonitor pre-maintenance preparations and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the timely availability of spare parts.\nReview inspection reports and supervise repair activities to minimize production delays, while analyzing the causes and recurrence of failures.\nReport budget variances to the Maintenance Leader and Manager, monitor departmental expenses, and support cost-reduction initiatives.\nMaintain and update equipment records and technical documentation for all machinery and tools.\nEnsure the availability and proper utilization of maintenance tools and equipment.\nAdhere to and enforce technical standards and procedures.\nFollow up on daily maintenance requests with technicians and ensure timely completion.\nEnsure compliance with ISO requirements relevant to the maintenance department.\nMaintain equipment, factory facilities, and utilities in good working condition.\nManage multiple priorities and achieve daily production targets while continuously reducing downtime.\nCoordinate and monitor maintenance work assigned to the production department.\nSupport product cost-reduction initiatives through effective maintenance activities.\nRecommend and support improvements in spare parts warehouse organization and management.\nImprove technicians' performance through appropriate training and development programs.\nEvaluate employees' performance and identify development opportunities.\nImplement Lean Manufacturing projects as required.\nImprove health and safety conditions within the assigned area of responsibility.\nReduce environmental impact and support the implementation of a Zero Landfill Waste Management System.\nOrganizational Relationships:\n· Supervises Maintenance Technicians.\n· Maintains functional relationships with all plant departments.\n· Coordinates with external suppliers and service providers.\nWho you are / Your qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.\n1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the home appliances manufacturing industry.\nGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.\nProficient in MS Office applications and general computer skills.\nStrong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.\nWhere you’ll be: Our Plant in 10th of Ramadan\nBenefits Include:\nDiscounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.\nFamily-friendly benefits, including four weeks of extended paternity leave.\nComprehensive insurance coverage.\nExtensive learning and development opportunities, along with a flexible career path.\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
