In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. \nJoin us in our exciting quest to build a future home!\n\nAbout the role:\nPlans, coordinates, and directs maintenance procedures in his section, introduces efficient maintenance methods & initiates and directs procedures to increase the section output.\nIn detail, you will:\n· Cooperating in the area of minimizing downtimes and supporting in the creation of the 5S, SMED, TPM program.\n· Implementing and supervising of production standards compliant with the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS).\n· Participates with the maintenance manager in setting preventive and predictive periodic plans and programs of mechanical maintenance for all factory tools and supervising their execution.\n· Plan, execute and follow up the Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance Plans for the equipment.\n· Identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines.\n· Analyses the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and supervising corrective action to decrease the probability of those failure.\n· Coordinates with maintenance manager the technical specifications for all mechanical spare parts needed to be purchased and their alternatives.\n· Monitors pre-maintenance preparation and coordinating with the warehouse for quick providing of spare parts.\n· Follows up inspection reports and supervising the performance of workers in repairing failures that could retard production and reasons of that failure and their repeatability.\n· Estimates the mechanical department budget and reporting to the maintenance manager, following up the department expanses and achieving cost reductions.\n· Develops profile of all information for each tool.\n· Provides tools of the section.\n· Commits technical rules.\n· Follow up on daily maintenance requests with the technicians.\n· ISO Requirements for the maintenance department.\n· Keep Equipment, Factory Facilities and Utilities in a good working condition.\n· Plan & manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime.\n· Sets maintenance works assigned to production department.\n· Works on cost reduction of the product through maintenance activities.\n· Recommends the organizing spare parts warehouse.\n· Improves workers performance through appropriate trainings.\n· Evaluates workers and identifying development opportunities.\n· Implements Lean Manufacturing project whenever needed.\n· Improve safety and health condition in his area.\n· Improve Environmental impact & implement Zero landfill waste management system\n· Participate with maintenance manager in sitting up the annual budget and Capex\nWho you are / Your qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering; mechatronics/Electrical.\n5 + years of experience in related field preferably in home appliances field\nProficiency of English language (written and oral)\nGood literal of MS office and computer skills\nCapability for leadership\nWhere you’ll be:\n10th of Ramadan - Cairo.\nBenefits Include:\n· Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services;\n· Family-friendly benefits such as extended paternity leave (4 weeks);\n· Insurance policy plan;\n· Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
