In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together. \nJoin us in our exciting quest to build a future home!\n\nAbout the role:\nTesting and evaluating the processes to locate inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements to quality, productivity, safety, and cost.\nIn detail, you will:\nTime measurement and balancing of production lines.\nVerification of critical operational aspects, bottlenecks and identification and implementation of corrective solutions\n- Continuous improvement of processes for direct productivity\nSupport in DVT & MVT.\nParticipate / Lead in the manufacturing engineering projects in the plants analyzing product and manufacturing methods.\nIdentify solution for the improvement of the existing manufacturing processes focusing on productivity, labour efficiency and machinery utilization.\nResponsible for workstation design in assembly, sub-assembly & technological areas.\nAnalyze production capacity by area and keep it up to date.\nSupport plants ME in the activities concerning new technologies introduction managed by the central team.\nSupport efficiency and improvement programs concerning product quality, safety, energy and water consumption and maintenance.\nDesign and Develop specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning of new assembly line, material handling equipment, systems and related equipment.\nEnsure Equipment, tooling and product quality requirements are met.\nSupport and coordinate with Product Development and Industrial Design in the new product definition phase.\nEnsure Safety on all processes and procedures.\nIssue Work Instructions, SOP, and JDS.\nLead the PFMEA for the new projects, and keep update at any change.\nConduct the process training for shop floor operators.\nEnsure Environmental targets and requirements are met.\nManage implementation of engineering changes on the production line.\nWork within budget and project time plan.\nü Improve safety and health condition in his area.\nü Improve Environmental impact & implement Zero landfill waste management system\nWho you are / Your qualifications:\n· Bachelor’s degree in engineering with mechatronics or industrial major preferably.\n· 1-3 years of experience in the assembly line, factory layout, material handling, industrial equipment, specification and purchasing.\n· Very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing\n·\nStrong communication skills, openness to change, easily adaptable in new working environment\n·\nGoal-oriented, self-motivated, good analytical and methodical skills for problem solving skills, keen on working in multicultural teams.\n·\nIT knowledge (MS - office is a must, at least a basic knowledge in CAD system 2d/3d - CATIA is requested).\n·\nExperience of PFMEA methodology\nProject management skill is required.\nGood English language skills\nWhere you’ll be:\n10th of Ramadan - Cairo.\nBenefits Include:\n· Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services;\n· Family-friendly benefits such as extended paternity leave (4 weeks);\n· Insurance policy plan;\n· Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
