You will represent Quality throughout the product development and commercial launch process, bringing the Voice of the Consumer, market data and service insights into new product projects and continuous improvement activities. The role focuses on identifying quality risks early, defining clear quality deliverables, ensuring robust product verification and validation, and driving field quality issues to effective closure. The overall goal is to deliver safe, reliable products and ensure a positive consumer experience.\nYou will act as a key interface between the wider Quality organisation and key stakeholders across R&D, Product Line, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Care, Consumer Service, Sales, market organisations and plant teams. You will translate quality requirements and field insights into practical actions from the early project stages through ramp-up and across the product lifecycle.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAct as the interface between the project team and the Quality organisation, ensuring effective alignment on project scope, quality requirements, risks, priorities and quality plans throughout the development process.\nLead and coordinate Quality activities and deliverables for assigned new product development projects and represent the agreed Quality position at project checkpoints and other relevant project meetings.\nCollect, analyse and translate consumer, service and market insights into quality priorities and targets, product requirements and project quality objectives.\nDefine and coordinate verification and validation plans covering product performance, robustness, usability and real-use conditions.\nActively contribute to preventive quality activities, including DFMEA, PSRA, PFMEA, compliance reviews, Process Control Plans and production readiness assessments.\nEvaluate test results and quality data to verify that product and process requirements are met and support evidence-based project decisions.\nIdentify product and process risks early and support the definition and implementation of effective mitigation actions.\nBuild strong knowledge of the assigned products, their use, serviceability, repairability and performance in the destination market.\nProvide clear quality data and product information to the relevant teams and market organisations.\nIdentify and quickly escalate early quality or safety warnings and possible quality disruption events.· \nLead quality reporting for the assigned product areas and turn field data into clear improvement priorities.\nCoordinate the return and technical analysis of defective products and components from the market.\nInitiate and follow root cause analysis activities, ensuring agreed actions are completed and their effectiveness is verified.\nPlan and carry out field tests and use the results to improve current products and support new product development.\nSupport Consumer Service with training, troubleshooting, serviceability and repairability topics, including Service Bulletins.\nWork cross-functionally to solve quality issues and deploy effective solutions.\nUse practical quality and problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC and Lean methods.\nCapture lessons learned, share good practices and reuse them in future projects and Product Line quality plans.\nKeep quality documentation clear, complete and up to date, and promote common quality methods and standards across functions and plants.\nWho You Are\nStrong analytical and problem-solving committed to continuous improvement.\nComfortable working with data, quality systems, and digital tools. \nEducation & Skills\nUniversity degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field, or a technical diploma supported by relevant quality experience.\nExperience in Quality, R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing or Industrial Operations\nPractical experience with quality tools, risk assessment, validation, root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nUnderstanding of product development and manufacturing processes.\nKnowledge of product functionality, components, possible failure modes, serviceability or field quality is an advantage.\nExperience in Cooking products or another appliance category is an advantage.\nWork Rights Requirement\nWe are only accepting applications from
