You will deliver engaging training through classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on learning, ensuring employees gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed on the production floor.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct new hire orientation, onboarding classes and On-the-job Training.\nOperate and maintain the Training Center to simulate real production processes and provide hands-on practice.\nDeliver required Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) training in alignment with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.\nDeliver quality training such as Standard work (JDS), defect detection, QCP, etc.\nTrain and certify new and current employees in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes, and Aerial Lift for licensing.\nTrain and certify new and current employees on how to operate their workstation in accordance with standards (JDS).\nMaintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.\nFollow up with new employees during their first 30 days to ensure successful transition to their roles.\nExcellent communication skills and strong comfort speaking in front of groups.\nBasic knowledge of EMS tools, and continuous improvement concepts required.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nExperience in training, coaching, or mentoring others, whether inside or outside the workplace.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n· High School diploma or equivalent required.\n· 1+ years of work experience at Electrolux.\n· Bilingual English and Spanish required.\nPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.\nFind more on:\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/ Electrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\nElectrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
