To support its continued growth and transformation, the team is focused on establishing scalable ways of working, clear governance, and effective end-to-end processes. As part of this journey, our Connectivity team is looking for a curious and analytical intern to support the design and implementation of a new operating model for the Connectivity organization. You will work closely with the Process Development Leader, contributing to the definition, documentation, and rollout of key processes that will shape how the organization operates end-to-end. This role resembles a junior internal consultant supporting a major transformation initiative, offering hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProcess mapping & documentation\nSupport the documentation of end-to-end processes across the Connectivity organization (e.g., from scoping to operate phases, aligned with the new operating model)\nTranslate discussions and inputs into clear, structured process descriptions, flowcharts, and visuals (PowerPoint)\nEnsure consistency and clarity in process documentation (roles, inputs/outputs, handovers)\nStakeholder interviews & data collection\nConduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders across teams\nCapture insights on current ways of working, challenges and improvement opportunities\nSynthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations\nAnalysis & insights\nAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify inefficiencies, gaps and overlaps\nSupport the development of proposals to improve processes and ways of working\nContribute to building fact-based input into operating model design decisions\nOperating model development support\nWork closely with the Process Development Leader to refine process frameworks, roles and governance structures\nHelp structure content and materials for leadership discussions and decision-making\nImplementation support\nSupport the rollout of the new operating model into teams\nHelp prepare communication material, guidance and training content\nTrack progress, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement\nWhat you’ll gain:\nHands-on experience in operating model design and implementation\nExposure to a complex, global tech organization\nExperience working directly with senior stakeholders\nPractical skills in process design, analysis, and change implementation\nWho you are\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, International Business, Economics, Strategy, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nRemain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.\nYou have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy structuring complex topics into clear processes, presentations, and recommendations.You are proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable using Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis.\nYou are curious, proactive, and interested in process improvement, organizational design, consulting, or business operations.\nYou communicate effectively with different stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. \nPlease note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.
