Ensure category strategies aligned with business requirements and across relevant stakeholders.\nKey Actions:Analyze market trends and competitive landscape;\nUnderstand specific business area needs;\nEnsure strategy enables multi sourcing and best cost country sourcing;\nHave alignment about feasibility of strategy with R&D, product care, quality, sustainability, CoC and risk teams;\nMake sure that category strategy is aligned with product strategy;\nIdentify growth areas and potential risks;\nAlign business objectives with long-term vision;\nMonitor implementation with local BA
