You will have the ownership of ranging and life cycle management, pricing, and distribution strategies to deliver sustainable, long term growth for your categories.\nYou will work closely with sales to secure that our offer to the consumer is relevant and attractive, you will also collaborate internally with product line and marketing.\nTo make this category grow you need to be aware of the market, trends, and competitors, you also need to be passionate about the products and have a consumer centric mindset.\nLocation\nThe role is based in Madrid.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDefine annual business plans grounded on consumer centric value propositions.\nProvide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.\nSupport on annual target setting.\nCommunicate plans and product launches to key stakeholders.\nMonitor sales and engage with other commercial functions, suggesting actions to deliver business KPIs.\nParticipate in demand planning activities, ensuring optimal Promo supply execution.\nMonitor market trends and competition.\nWho you are: \nRelevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics or FMCG industry.\nCommercial mindset and a strong track record business-oriented role.\nStrong analytical skills, knowledge of Excel and presentation skills is of high importance.\nProject Management approach.\nAble to work in complex organizations with various stakeholders both at national and international level.\nSelf-driven and results oriented. \nStrong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and implement strategies in the cluster.\nAble to manage large quantities of data and make prompt decisions that are commercially viable. \nFluent in Spanish and English.\nPortuguese is a plus.\nAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
