In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.\nJoin us in our exciting quest to build the future home!\nWhat you'll do:\nTumble Dryers (TD) Functionality Team Leade develops the design of new products or subsystems in terms of performance, software parameter definition, and functionalities, leading Functionality and Performance teams.\nDefine consumer cycles and ensuring product performance robustness, in line with company policies, applying a statistical approach and appropriate safety margins.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDefine TD functionality in accordance with:Project targets and specifications\nFunctional requirements\nInnovation level\n\nApply and maintain TD functionality procedures and related test manuals\nEnsure continuous improvement\nIn detail, you will:\nGuarantee TD product development according to specifications in line with project targets\nDepartment budgeting\nLead TD System Functionality team based in Rayong\nDefine and actively support the personal growth of the TD System Functionality organization\nEnsure integration of TD System Functionality with Technology Functionality team and Validation and Compliance teams\nGuarantee test plan execution in terms of resource allocation, timing and results accuracy according to internal and external standards and procedures\nEnsure troubleshooting capabilities on root cause analysis\nApply test procedures and methodology to improve technology quality and speed up projects testing\nSupport Laboratory organization to define test plan (e.g. resources allocation, equipment, costs)\nBe actively part of Product Development together with R&D partners and stakeholder\nQualifications:\nBachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering field\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in R&D lab environment or R&D product development, preferably tumble dryer or washing machine product\nAdvanced ability on analytical thinking and proactive behaviour being attractive by multicultural and agile environment\nStrong experience with laboratory testing design and execution and application of statistical approach on testing methodologies\nAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals\nFluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills\nWhere you'll be:\nYou will be based in our Rayong plant and report to a Manager.\nBenefits highlights:\nMedical & Life Insurance\nDiscount on Electrolux products and services\nFull Attendance Allowance\nShuttle Bus Service\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
