This role involves driving and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring that new products/projects fit into the platform and subsystem structure, and supporting projects from definition to series production approval.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem projects, new features and aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and platform or subsystem standardization.\nDrive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\nSupport and drive projects from definition to series production approval.\nReport in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.\nCreate investment requests when applicable.\nEnsure assured safety and quality standards are met.\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\nStrong project management skills.\nGood written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, reporting, and presenting.\nGood judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to prioritize projects and self-manage workload.\nAbility to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization.\nAbility to work in a cross-functional matrix organization.\nAbility to work in a team environment and contribute to team and project meetings.\nFit in intercultural collaboration and adapt communication to different cultures.\nResults-oriented with a focus on innovation and intellectual property.\nEducation and Experience:\nDegree in Engineering or Design-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in another company.\nPMP certification is preferred.\nLanguages:\nProficiency in
