This makes the role ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for making the World a better place.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure the quality of code developed\n\nApprove pull requests on the source code version control system\n\nDefine and perform unit and functional tests on the compiled application\n\nMonitor and report about the speed and quality of the code developed\n\nEnsure the fulfilment of the business requirements\n\nProvide suggestions on how to improve the SDLC processes implemented\n\nWho are you\nKind and respectful.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.\n\nProven seniority (5+ years) in coding (reference languages: JAVA, C#, ReactJS). This includes being part (as coder or code reviewer) of at least two projects for a solution with at least one critical point (e.g. more than 500 concurrent users, no unplanned downtime allowed, specified time constraints to be correct, …).\n\nBasic knowledge of SDLC processes. This includes knowledge of the different stages (and related implementation in JIRA) and at list two models.\n\nBasic knowledge of ITIL processes (“value” concept and terminology - issue, problem, incident, …).\n\nBasic knowledge of containerization, principles and tools. This includes having, at least once, created a container and having it running on prem or on Cloud.\n\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, architecture and modules. This includes the topics covered by the AZ900 certification (even if the certification is not required for this position).\n\n(nice to have) Practical knowledge of IBM Red Hat OpenShift, overview and components. This includes having, at least once, created two containers and having them running and communicating.\n\n(nice to have) Practical knowledge of Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect. This includes having created at least one “real world” diagram using the application.\n\n(nice to have) Ability to read and write/draw using ArchiMate modelling language and BPMN.
