This role involves driving and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring that new products/projects fit into the platform and subsystem structure, and supporting projects from definition to series production approval.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem projects, new features and aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and platform or subsystem standardization.\n\nDrive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\n\nSupport and drive projects from definition to series production approval.\n\nReport in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.\n\nCreate investment requests when applicable.\n\nEnsure assured safety and quality standards are met.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\nStrong Project Management skills.\n\nAbility to support Technical Development and Product Industrialization Builds\n\nGood written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, reporting, and presenting.\n\nGood judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize projects and self-manage workload.\n\nAbility to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization.\n\nAbility to work autonomously in a cross-functional matrix organization.\n\nAbility to create an efficient team environment and drive the team and project meetings.\n\nFit in intercultural collaboration and adapt communication to different cultures.\n\nResults-oriented with a focus on innovation and intellectual property.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nDegree in Engineering / equivalent industry experience\n\nMinimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in R&D Product Development\n\nPMP certification is preferred.\n\nLanguages:\nProficiency in English.\n\nAs part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
