The role expects to formulate strategies for the online platform and drive growth by developing the channel to meet revenue and growth targets. This role has to lead the team cross-functionally, execute a comprehensive online sales and e-commerce business plan, and track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop a sales strategy and required to mentor, manage and motivate inside sales team in Makassar areas to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues\nDevelop new business opportunities and grow sales with new market penetration\nHandling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or service\nClose collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel as well as customer and supplier \nClose cooperation with key information owners in ecommerce channels\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree\nProven experience in all aspect of planning and implementing sales strategy\nStrong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patterns\nStrong communication ability (both written and spoken)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions\nAbility to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease\nCore Competencies:\n\nInternational.
