In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.\nWhere you’ll be:\nThis position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Sales Support Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Electrolux's aftermarket business by ensuring seamless operational execution across key national retail partners, including Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, and Walmart. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams, you will manage customer operations, optimize order fulfillment and inventory performance, resolve complex operational challenges, and drive process improvements that enhance service levels and business results.
