It's our R&D teams that ensure our company stays at the forefront of innovation, investigating and making use of the latest technology in order to enable our company to keep delivering outstanding experiences.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWe are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to support the development, prototyping and implementation of AI-based solutions for smart appliances, digital products and cloud infrastructures. In this role, you will work on Machine Learning and Deep Learning capabilities, transforming business problems into scalable AI solutions and collaborating with global teams to deliver consumer-relevant innovation.\n In detail, you will:\nUnderstand business problems and identify suitable Artificial Intelligence technologies and approaches. \nDesign, develop and support the implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning capabilities. \nDevelop new AI modules, systems and product concepts, including algorithms, features, specifications, prototypes and validation activities. \nSupport the integration of AI technologies into smart appliances, apps and cloud infrastructures. \nEnsure proper interfaces between AI solutions and existing product architectures, systems and modules. \nScout, evaluate and propose new consumer-relevant technologies and innovative AI-based solutions. \nPrototype, test and validate AI models and technology modules in collaboration with global teams. \nWork with international teams, competence centers, experts, research institutes and universities to accelerate technology development. \nContribute to projects involving cross-product and multi-competence environments. \nAs part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; PhD is a plus. \nExperience designing, prototyping and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions. \nExperience with Computer Vision, NLP and Large Language Models, including transformer-based models, RAG, fine-tuning and agentic AI workflows. \nExperience with Python, PyTorch and AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar. \nExperience with Linux, Docker, FastAPI, Git and CI/CD pipelines. \nExperience with cloud, edge or embedded model deployment, including AWS, Kubernetes, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT or OpenVINO, is considered a plus. \nAdvanced English is mandatory. \nWhere you’ll be:\nYou will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
