In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you act as a financial advisor by providing decision-making support, business intelligence, and financial performance reporting. You are responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly management reports (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), conducting in-depth analysis, participating in continuous improvement efforts across our processes and act as subject matter expert & change agent.\nWhat you'll do:\nPlay a key role in the business planning and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers throughout the business.\n\nLeverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business.\n\nPerform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units in order to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks.\n\nParticipate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models.\n\nAssist with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes.\n\nPlay a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company’s workforce and operational management.\n\nAssist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables.\n\nAct as change agent todrive transformations, standardization, and process improvements.\n\nShares expertise with colleagues and others; offers mentoring and guidance to others.\n\nIdentifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.\n\nExplains/presents complex information; anticipates potential objections and prepares case accordingly; influences others.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nAcademic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar\n\nExperience 4+ years within Finance function (Finance & Accounting and/or Business Analysis).\n\nPrevious financial analysis experience would be an asset.\n\nExcellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel), Power BI is a strong merit.\n\nFluency in English (business English)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHighly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social and communication skills.\n\nTech savvy with strong interest in financial systems.\n\nWhere you'll be:\nYou will be based in Petaling Jaya in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Finance, HR and IT services across Asia Pacific, ANZ, Middle East and Europe.\nBenefits highlights:\nHybrid working environment & flexible working hour.\n\nMedical & Life insurance\n\nExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career path\n\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
